THE SALES PROCESS IN AN IDEAL WORLD!

1. VALUATION & MARKET INTELLIGENCE

We will value the business and discuss the current market, our marketing strategy, fees and answer any questions you may have.
2. INSTRUCTION

Agreement signed, AML verified, Marketing material booked.
3. MARKETING

If open market, we advertise on our various platforms, call buyers from our database, collaborate with partner agencies and update you on a agreed timescale.
4. BUYER FOUND/OFFER ACCEPTED

The buyer will be vetted for suitability, financials, AML and a finance application (if required). Once all aspects of the deal have been agreed, including an offer of finance, Heads of Terms will be issued to all parties including solicitors. (We can recommend solicitors if required)
5. SOLICITORS & LEGAL ACTIVITY

We are going to be honest here, this is the longest and hardest part of the deal, as there are many aspects to the legal process. We will be in communication throughout the deal, applying pressure to progress it along on both sides, assisting where we can and liaising with all parties to ensure transparency.
6. COMPLETION

The final part of the process...the end game! Money in the bank and time to enjoy retirement, new plans or whatever you decide to do!
